Cancellation Policy
All products, trainings and services are final. No refunds, no exceptions.
Deposits are non-refundable & will be issued as a credit to your next rescheduling appointment.
We require 24-hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling appointment or deposit will be kept.
Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your service being altered to fit remaining time available. If you are over 15 minutes late, we have the right to consider this as a NO SHOW and deposit will be forfeited.
Do not respond to our SMS text reminders as this is an automated message through our website and NOT monitored.

You are responsible to disclose any relevant allergies or health conditions prior to your service appointment. Waivers will be provided for all medical services.
If something is defective, or there is a problem with your service we will correct it within 72 hours. If you are not available within this time frame, the correction is no longer valid.
